Nasir, S. degree was obtained in Zoology from Adamawa State University Mubi, she did her service in the year 2013, and obtained her M.Sc. in Applied Entomology and Parasitology from Modibbo Adama University of Technology, Yola.

Nasir, S. is familiar with some public health programming as well as its application in solving diverse public health issues.

For thirteen years past till present she has been working as a volunteer with the Nigerian Red Cross Society, health department, serves as the focal point for all matters related to the ICRC data collection health department, assisting the IDPs situation in Adamawa.

Her past and present projects/training includes IDRR 2024 sanitation services Abuja, Nigeria Complex Crisis Operation with the Red Cross Movement (IFRC/ICRC), Supporting CMAM and IYCF, program PHCC’s in Yola North, serves as the focal person for CMAM program in Malkohi PHCC, Drug/Non Drug Item Inventory in PHCC Across the state, Medical Data Collection from different Health Facilities, Supporting WASH programs in Various IDP camps, Supporting the conduct of awareness campaign on various important health issues in IDP camps, Supporting Integrated Medical Outreach with Growth Monitoring and Nutrition services organized by different PHCC across the state as supported by ICRC, Carried out Base line Survey for the proper implementation of ALMANACH, Rapid Nutritional assessment, Interventions, Needs assessment, data analysis management and Monitoring and Evaluation, among others.”
